Anyone can sit or push it, so just rez it on ground.
If you want to be carried click on red or green, if you want to push the wheelbarrow click on wood and use keyboard arrows to move it as a vehicle.
Tell your friends to sit or push as well, anyone can drive or sit on this funny vehicle.
It is a Physical Vehicle, use it on sl script enabled ground.
You can also wear it and go around in no rez area.
