The wheel can rez with any choices you specify as its options, from 1 - 50 options. Click on the wheel to spin it after it's finished rezzing, and see where it lands. It will report the result both in text above itself and in nearby chat.

Delivery includes Wheel Rezzer and Wheel of Decisions Instructions notecard.

KEEP IN MIND that each choice adds ~1LI to the overall object. If you are working in an area with limited LI, maybe keep your number of choices down.
