Baby's 1st push scooter

- Wearable so it can be used anywhere, even sims where rezzing is not allowed

- Designed to fit with the shortest bebe body size, however can be resized with a built in resizer to fit bigger baby's & tots

- Uses ALL custom animations for walking, running, flying up & flying down (2 separate animations, one for flying up and one for flying down), hovering, turning, & sitting still (idling - 3 different ones it will at random cycle between)
