It doesn't do anything and it's not clickable.
The actual item is a rezzable ball that includes a sound script and seven sound files. I rezzed it and waited an hour and it never made a sound. It's also not clickable. In fact, the cursor doesn't even change to indicate that it might be. It's just basically a box with some stuff in it.
Obviously, I can take the sounds out and put them in something with a play script myself, but that's not what I paid for. The price was pretty low, though so since I did receive seven sounds I'll give this two more stars than I otherwise would have. But others should be aware that it won't play when they rez it.
