The Marble Dream Balcony is a soft shaded mesh product and will be delivered textured and untextured.
The textured version is material enabled with bump and specular maps. The marble surface is slightly rough but polished to decent specularity.
All pictures are taken inworld!
The LI depends on the size you set it to, by default it is 6.00 x 2.57 x 0.66 m (xyz) which represents 5 LI.
The balcony is copy/mod, so feel free to add your own textures! The balcony platform has one material to apply, whereas the banister has four, horizontal base, column, column crown and handrail.
