A single mesh object. The strap is meant to go into hair and does not connect to the back of the head.

Stylish and fits well.
This eyepatch fits a variety of human heads very well. The strap is thick enough to avoid floating around over the face, and the whole thing is easily stretched and adjusted. You do need hair or a helmet to use it (there is no back part to the strap), but otherwise it will probably fit your avatar. It's been a staple on my avatars for a good while and I don't see it going anywhere.
Make a statement by wearing this.
I love this too much to simply leave blank, if the creator made a fat-pack I'd nab it for sure.
