White Extinguisher.

Usually this tool is white colored to indicate it's charged with powder, but it may change depending on country and law.
It's useful to fight fire on electrical parts, flammable materials such as wood, plastics, paper, fabrics and synthetic substances, flammable liquids (diesel, petrol) and elements like Na, K, Al and Mg.
