The ceiling fan includes an on/off touch feature.

Loveseat, Chaise and Armchairs contain multiple sits that can be selected through a menu.

All items are delivered as one coalesced object that will look like one object -- rez all items at one time by rezzing coalesced object. If you are in edit BEFORE you rez the set, you will be able to move it around as one object.
