This building was first created as a custom build for a guy who wanted something special. A house in tiki beach style like you can find in the north of Brasil, but bigger and with taintable windows. The result was this house of 116 prims with a footprint of about 15x30 meters.

The house is built on poles to keep your feet and furniture dry in case of high water levels, so you enter it with a 12 step staircase. This takes you to the veranda: a 5x15 meter area to lounge in the open air.

From the veranda there are three big windows/doors to get inside.
The ground floor is an area of 10x30 meters. In the middle of it is the prim staircase to the first floor. From the ground floor you go up a 12 step staircase to a little landing where you can go left or right, each with a seperate staircase, to one of the two 10x10 bedrooms on the first floor.
Both bedrooms have a door, like the ones on the ground floor, to get onto the balcony: a 5x15 meter area like the veranda downstairs.

The building is topped with a thatched roof. the supporting beams of the roof are all visible. The whole building consists of a frame of high-quality bamboo beams, the floors are made of the finest beech wood available.

All doors and windows are menu controlled to open/close and to set the taint of the glass.

The house comes as a Rez-Faux Package for easy positioning.

I love this house. As a matter of fact I live in one of these myself and still enjoy it after six months!

None of the furniture shown in the pictures is included.
