First floor has 3 good sized rooms and one larger room all can be used for any purpose.
The second floor has one large room and a huge outdoor patio area with potted plants, ivy vines and roses
all included. There are several other potted plants in the build as well as some lights hanging by chains.
The plants and lights can be removed if you want to cut back on prim.
with everything it is only 409 prim and covers 40x40m.

*This build uses material textures. You need to have "Advanced lighting" checked in Preferences>Graphics to see the effects of these material textures*

With Advanced Lighting checked you will be able to see the detail in the textures. for example you will see light reflect off the metal on the doors and the stone walls have
depth like a real stone wall would.

I encourage you to come inworld and see the building. This and all of our other buildings can be rezzed in the demo area.
