The cottage have one bedroom with separate room for a bathroom and as well doors that opens to the back patio.
The doors have a menu for easy access.
Hold your mouse down on the door to get the menu.
Edit the notecard inside the door's contents to your preference.
You can manually tint the windows to make it lighter or darker.
The Build is COPY - MOD - NO TRANSFER.
Unlinking the build will increase the entire prim count. Please be careful with that.

Lovely First Home
I absolutely loveee this cottage. Its my first home and it looks great on my beach land. It's just my style. Unpacking / setup was a breeze. Simple and easy. What I seen in the picture is exactly what I received. Actually slightly bigger than what I thought. There was not a demo for this home but I was so attracted to it that I took a chance and bought it. Im so glad that I did. The only downside is AFTER the rezbox is removed, you cant derezz. To remove the home you would have to remove each piece or section individually.. But this isnt a biggie for me since I will not be taking the home down anytime soon. I STILL give it 5 stars though!
