The wind vane turns in the direction where the wind is coming from.
Click the wind vane for 1+ sec. to open the owner menu:
- set timespan between the wind measures.
- switch the floating text on/off.
( the floating text will still be shown for 15 seconds if someone clicks the vane )

To avoid high script usage it checks the wind every 20 sec. (can be changed)
The weather vane is 1 land impact up to size 1.84m x 1.34m.
You can edit it to change size and color.

The whole thing turns, not just the rooster.
Also if you look close you'll see that east and west are on the wrong side. But most will not notice ^^
I only wanted to have such thing for the roof as docoration and to see wind speed and direction for sailing and golfing.
