This is an addition for the LH Houseboat Windlass version. It is full copy/mod, you can use the textures that come with the LH - Houseboats Content Creation Pack (in the life preserver)
Featuring a huge bedroom with a bay window, french doors that lead to the two upper decks and a single door to a private patio. See the pictures for more detail. Furniture not included, but I will provide details if you ask.
This comes with a rezzer to make it very simple to add this to your HB. Place the rezzer as shown on the right upper deck corner. If you have any problems or want us to modify this item for you please contact Nightssubbie Resident in game.
