Fed up with always being in perpetual darkness or in dull overast weather? Disgruntled at Linden Lag taking a massive dump all over the parcel you spent all that time building, setting up and lighting? If you hated the Windlight day/night cycle, love the new EEP look, have your own settings, or it all looks fine to you and you don't know what the hell I'm on about then this is not for you. If you just want things back the way they were before the geniuses at LL started swinging their massive wrecking ball then why not give it a go?

Note: Linden Lag might eventually fix the stuff they broke and render this redundant. This is for the impatient among us, and is priced so as to not break the bank on something that might eventually be made obsolete (hopefully, but don't hold your breath while waiting).
Note 2: Nope - far from it, they doubled down and made it even darker in the Firestorm v7.1.9 just out as of 2024-06-23 so I changed my EEP settings here to compensate as much as I could. I'll work on it and get it all back as it should be but you can always grab the latest version with a redelivery when you spot the version number or date change here.

BONUS VARIANTS IN VERSIONS 2 AND 3:
Version 2 brings you the same Windlight-esque environment as in v1 but also includes a "minimal night" variant. In minimal night mode we don't linger in darkness for an hour but rather we just crossfade from sunset to night and then from night to sunrise with minimal time spent in the dark.
Version 2 also brings you a greenish water version along with the same "minimal night" variant.
Version 3 of this pack adds a "Foggy Night" variant to the normal and greenish versions. It replaces the nighttime environment with fog which clears up at sunrise. Try it when sailing at night.

The murky light of the mainland extending the 4 hour SL day to 2 hours of darkness and being grey during the 2 hours of 'light' was just getting so depressing! I was even starting to set my viewer on permanent midday, which is something I've never done before when not working on a building project. But thankfully, this product has restored the status quo! The night is now limited to 1 hour of darkness in 4, the daylight is now bright and the sky blue, greatly improving my general wellbeing too! Was so very glad to have found it!
