The control panels handled only by owner and there is a rich menu for different speed of the rotation slow slower slowest medium fast , insane, stop, reverse slow reverse fast.
In the box tere are 2 easy fast rezzers ( one for rezzing the Windmill at 0-180 orientation(rotation) and the other if you like to rezz it in 90-270 orientation(rotation)
The structure (Tower) 33X 30.5X height 28.5m
The platform is near to 50X50 with wooden fence and Fence doors ( 4prims more if you want to set it up on a sky)
