Wingsong Book Glued Box

As you may know, the Mad Scientists at the Wingsong Dojo make alot of items related to reading: books, book shelves, our pad tablet, reading chairs, reading rugs, reading rooms, eye glasses, and, of course, our very popular eye balls and the many critters who wear them.

This book is designed for the person who wants to be GLUED to their book!

NOTE: This Wingsong Book Glued is similar to the Wingsong Book ADD except that the ADD version has a full AO system, while the Glue version does not take over your entire body; By wrangling only the top part of your body, this item allows your avatar to use your default animations in concert with the Wingsong reading animation embedded in the book.

With both of these books you can take your reading ANYWHERE you want! ADD your book and head out to the beach. Or a crowded cafe. Sit on a bench at the mall. Read to your heart's content!

HOW TO USE and FEATURES

1 - ADD your Wingsong Book Glued from your inventory. Very occasionally you may experience a struggle between another AO and your glued item; if this happens disable your AO.

2 - Your book is embedded with an authentic Wingsong animation. It is not managed by a full featured AO system. Instead, in most circumstances your avatar will read your book while utilizing your default animation for the rest of your body.

When you interact with animated objects or other Animation Overrides your avatar will have various potential behaviors, depending on the other object. For example, one minute you might be riding a wild bull or doing Tai Chi normally, and the next minute you might be riding the bull or practicing Tai Chi while reading your book . Very much fun!

We took a staff road trip with our Wingsong Book Glueds (is that a word??) the other day just to see what would happen when we sat on different pieces of furniture, dance balls, and other animated items around the grid. The results were enlightening and entertaining, and provided us no end of amusement.

3 - Touch the book's cover to change out book covers: there are 22 preinstalled titles for you: Dracula by Stoker, Milne's Winnie the Pooh, The Divine Comedy by Dante, The Portable Jung, a poetry book by Emily Dickinson, a Shakespearean play, the provocative Catcher in the Rye by Salinger, Dickens' classic A Tale of Two Cities, Baum's The Wizard of Oz, and Willa Cather's O Pioneers! And a bunch of other great titles as well!

Of course, you can change out titles by dragging any of your own book covers into the cover prim of the book (using the EDIT LINK feature of your edit tool). Please note: the entire books are not included in the Wingsong Book - only the covers. Maximum 22 titles, so you might have to delete a few to make room for your own covers.

BONUSES

And sometimes you want a nice quiet companion close by while you read. So we are including our whimsical little Wingsong Book Worm. His eyes blink/wink. And he has his own book with the same 22 titles. Pretty cool, if you don't mind having someone reading over your shoulder!

We're also including a FREE Wingsong Book NonAnimated; it is identical to the Glued and the ADD versions except it has no animation.

Everything here is COPY/MOD, so make all the copies you want and recolor, redecorate, resize, retexture, reDO to make it fit YOUR specs!
