The Wingsong Power Pant: it's not a typo!
This is a power plant that you generate by running in a wire ball - there are two tubes running between the ball to the engine, which has gears and green bubbling goo. Two small exhaust pipes emit steam out of the back from the two gears. There's a control panel and a large blinking camera lens on top of the engine console. A large blue balloon is attached to the top pipe that leads back into the wire ball.
The Wingsong Power Pant is embedded with a couple of different engine noises, a really cool blue light emits from the blue balloon, of course the big pot of green good has bubbles coming out of it and makes a bubbling sound, and the gears turn. The wire ball that the avi is running in turns; the animation is a really fun Wingsong original.
The theory is this, and I think this is so cool - your avatar runs and particles of the life force of your avi is piped into the engine manifold. The engine takes these particles and processes them through the green goo, and the bulk of the essence of the life force is released into the atmosphere. A small amount of the regenerated life force is pumped back into the ball where the avatar is running. The cycle of life!
Is that AWESOME or what!!!!
I have no idea what the large blinking camera lens does – when I asked my Mad Scientists about this they laughed in that evil little laughter that brilliant minds with minimal social skills do. My personal theory is that it is some distant relation to the infamous HAL, but when I ventured this guess, two of the Mad Scientists burst out in mock hullabaloo, and the third one just narrowed his eyes at me and growled.
To use your Wingsong Power Pant, REZ it to the ground. RIGHT CLICK and select SIT, and your avi begins running inside the wire ball. CLICK on the control box on top of the console to toggle one engine sound on and off. CLICK on the large upper pipe leading from the console to the wire ball to toggle another engine sound on and off. CLICK on the large blue balloon to toggle a blue illuminating light on and off. CLICK on the large black pot to toggle the bubbling sound on and off. To quit running select STAND.
Remember to breathe!
We’re tossing in a FREE Wingsong Whirlie Helmet. WEAR your helmet (it attaches by default to your chin). Adjust to your head as needed using our enclosed FREE Wingsong Pose Stand. CLICK on the rotating blade to engage a third engine sound on and off. The helmet is also embedded with a multilight function; complete and simple instructions are in the box as well as the helmet’s CONTENT tab in the EDIT tool.
I am told by my team of Mad Scientists that this Wingsong Whirlie Helmet helps keep your brain cool and makes you smarter. I cannot vouch for how smart you LOOK when you wear it. I can vouch that I DO feel considerably smarter when I wear the Wingsong Whirlie Helmet. Others who know me, unfortunately, can vouch for my occasional lapse into delusional thinking.
I will also tell you that ever since they made this contraption, my team of Mad Scientists always wear their Wingsong Whirlie Helmets. Now you know....
