We at the Wingsong Dojo love Second Life vehicles. We've made over a hundred of them! Most of them are wearable attachments. With the exception of our airplanes, our non attachment vehicles do not have gears and are generally set at a rather low, cruising speed.
UNTIL NOW!
The Wingsong Jeeps feature a 12 gear system that allows begins at a very slow 3 meters per second (about the speed of a normal walk) and accelerates when you hit PAGE UP to 36 peters per second, which is over twice as fast as the normal flight. If you're into REAL fast drag racing this possibly isn't the vehicle for you. For a solid, manageable, stable vehicle that allows passengers, this is an extraordinary jeep!
FEATURES OF THE WINGSONG JEEP RIDE - INFERNO
1 - Embedded with 2 original Wingsong animations (the driver and the two passengers) - you have a little bounce in the driver's seat which adds a sense of animation.
2 - Touch the license plate to change textures - we've preinstalled over 10 to get you started. You can easily add your own logo or pictures by dragging textures from your inventory to the license plate's content tab in the EDIT MENU.
3 - All 4 wheels turn and the front 2 wheels rotate with your steering.
4 - Touch the front grill to toggle your headlights on and off.
5 - Fire shoots out of the 2 exhaust pipes when you move; you can toggle these on and off by clicking on the pipes.
6 - Excellent audio system includes FX for driving sounds as well as a menu that calls up 7 horns when you touch the floorboard/bed.
7 - To access FLIGHT MODE, type "/2 f" in the local chat window, without the quotation marks. The wheels reposition themselves to be parallel to the ground and fire jets out of them.
8 - To access this driver's manual while driving your jeep, type "/2 info" in the local chat window, without the quotation marks.
Everything here is COPY/MOD, so make all the copies you want and recolor, redecorate, resize, retexture, reDO to make it fit YOUR specs! I'm even throwing in a FREE Wingsong Modify Box, a simple, easy to use tutorial for folks with little experience in the EDIT tool.
For questions or a live demonstration of this or any of our fine/fun Wingsong products, IM Kit Ciaco!
