So a month ago two of my Mad Scientists decided they needed a vacation. Where to go?

One suggested a sun drenched beach – his travel agent knew of a small ship whose captain assured them he and his crew could get them there in three hours, as long as they didn’t mind traveling with a B-rated movie star, a good looking but very concrete professor, a really nice gal from Kansas, and a millionaire and his wife. The captain gave my Mad Scientist a caveat that his so called crew was actually an inept bumbling idiot but with some amount of boastful bravado bragged that his ship could withstand any amount of weather or nautical obstacles.

The second Mad Scientist said he couldn’t quite put his finger on why but he just didn’t have great confidence in that plan.

Anyway, in the end they decided on going on a safari! They were very excited but, of course, not well prepared fashion-wise. I mean, who keeps a pith helmet in one’s closet?

Naturally, they went to work making their own pith helmet design!

Anyway, they left for Victoria Falls two weekends ago, wearing their Wingsong Safari Helmets on board the plane. I assume they’re okay. I haven’t heard a word from them. Guys, if you’re reading this – PLEASE. Phone Home!

Now, you may notice there are several very nice safari hats and pith helmets available. So why another one?

Because in our extensive research we have yet to find one single piece of safari headgear that does anything but sits on one’s head. We think that’s just WRONG.

The Wingsong Safari Helmet does sit on one’s head, granted. It also loops a really cool African drum when you touch the brim. Touch the brim again and it turns off.

Touch the dome part of the helmet to select animal sound clips. We've preinstalled 9 for you; add more by dragging your own sound clips from your inventory to the Content Tab of the dome.

No big shakes, but it’s pretty fun. And a safari helmet should be FUN!

To use your helmet, ADD from your inventory.

And because your Wingsong Safari Helmet is COPY/MOD, you can enjoy making whatever adjustments you like. For those with little experience in using the EDIT tool, we are including our FREE, easy to use Wingsong Modify Box, which will have you copying and modifying anything in your inventory that your have COPY/MOD perms for!

Questions, comments, or a live demonstration of any of our fine/fun Wingsong products, IM Kit Ciaco!

But seriously – if you run into those two Mad Scientists, please ask them to let me know how they are. I miss the little guys!
