Because this is a RIDE/REZ vehicle, it supports passengers and you must REZ it onto land where you have REZ perms. We also make a wearable ADD version of this that does not support passengers and goes anywhere you go.
I have never met anyone who did not want to ride a personal transporter. I’ve been wanting one for several years but haven’t been able to afford one. I’ve sulked about it, pouted about it, pined a little, whined a lot. But no PT!
So the other morning as I dragged my sleepy self into the shop my team of Mad Scientists greeted me with a round of big smiles. Now, you may not realize this, but my mad scientists aren’t known for their cheeriness. They are somber, dedicated, focused folks who have hearts of great joy in their creations but seldom take time to relay their joy to their faces.
Well, they made an exception this particular morning. They were absolutely GIDDY!
I said, “What is WRONG with you people?” To be truthful, I say this a lot to my team of Mad Scientists. They just grinned silly, and then in unison they all donned their own personal Wingsong Segs!
I squealed. I admit it freely. And then they gave me MY Wingsong Seg, and I’ve been riding it ever since!
Even though these are easily adjusted to fit any size of human-like avatar with knees and elbows, we’ve bundled two pre-fit sizes for your convenience.
We make several versions of this seg; they are all the same except for the animations of the passengers. We did this because it amused us so much to do so!
The passenger in this version is flailing on the ground in front of the seg's front wheels.
HOW TO USE and FEATURES
1 - As the owner of the car you are the only one who gets to drive. To start your seg RIGHT CLICK on the car and select Drive..
2 - Embedded with an Wingsong animations for the driver and the passenger - Can you have more than one? I'm pretty sure you can but I haven't tested it out and where in the world would they sit? It's a little crowded, you know.
3 - Turn off other Animation Overrides.
4 - REZ your vehicle at a REZ zone or other land that you have REZ perms.
5 - Right Click on one of your wheels and select RIDE.
6 - Move using your arrow keys. To stop tap your DOWN ARROW key.
7 - To activate your cruise control press both your RIGHT ARROW and LEFT ARROW keys at the same time. To turn your cruise control back off press them again.
8 - To shift gears up (go faster) press your PAGE UP key. To shift back down press your PAGE DOWN key.
9 - Your wheels turn as you move. They do not move while you are standing still.
10 - Click on the base to toggle a faint yellow light on or off.
11 - Click on the tire hub caps for an onboard menu of hub caps. I've preinstalled 7 of them. You must change each of the two hub caps separately.
12 - Click on the exhaust pipe to turn the smoke on or off.
13 - Click on either tire for a menu of 11 fun vehicular sounds (horns and such).
14 - Click on the main body for a convenient onboard color changer (menu has 88 colors).
Your Wingsong Seg V2 RIDE is COPY/MOD, so make all the copies you want and recolor, redecorate, resize, retexture, reDO to make it fit YOUR specs
