Its a small house still comfortable with all needed rooms, size is 17m x 21m x 8,3 m height.

MESH needs a compatible viewer. Its very low prims, only 71 and fully with all the fireplaces, pergola, sauna deco and accessories its only 108 prims/ LI in total.

For the first time in SL we made a Sauna actually inside the house and fully animated with many animations and even wearable props. you may actually start this sauna, throw water in the sauna rocks, turn the sauna lights on or off, hydrate yourself drinking mineral water, and has many singles and couples activities and animations.
