Really good quality!
Surprised at such a good quality tree for just 1 prim, in fact, the best 1 prim tree I've seen so far in SL. Saying that, the no modify means you cannot turn off the full bright (pet peeve on trees) so its not so good if you use midnight or low light settings. Other than that, if you are not fussy about full bright, go for it, its really good quality for 1 prim and 75L's and perfect for any winter setting.. unless of course a night one :)
