THE MIRROR BOX 2.0 WINTER - 32x32m is a box with pictures on the inside. The pictures were all taken in Second Life. In the middle there is an almost transparent ice layer. The pictures under the ice are the mirror image of the ones above water, so it seems like the ice perfectly reflects the skies, land and trees above.
23 different scenes have been loaded in the Winter Mirror Box. Some scenes have only sky, most also have land and trees (for all these pictures exclusively our Landscapes Unlimited 3D landscapes were used). The ice layer can be changed to your wishes.
There is a menu that lets you change the scene. You get the menu when you click the screens or the ice for about 1 second, or by using the remote control. The menu lets the owner change some settings, for example to allow group members to change the scene as well.
All scenes come with matching environment settings that you can apply to your land. You can also let it work with our Mirror and Backdrop Box Experience.
The mirror box comes with 10 mesh snow covered island that you can put inside your box. Also you get a snow add-on with animated falling snow.
Its land impact is 18. The box is excluded from the physics system, which means it doesn't cause any lag and also that you will fall through it if you try to stand/walk on it. You need to make your own place in the middle to stand on.
The box is available in 10 sizes, from 32x32x32 meters (for a 1,024 m2 parcel) till 1x1x1 km. They are all perfect cubes. You can also get a fat pack, with all of them inside. Free demos are available of all.
