Halloween Witches House that includes coffins, pumpkins, lantern, cart, portal, gravestones, grass, scary tree, dead tree, cobble stones, Cauldron and some other items seen in the pictures. Forest trees not included.
As it stands it is 71 LI but it can be played around with to lessen the LI.
Copy/mod so you can add scripts to things if desired. The black box on the cobblestones is a fog machine. It can be set to invisible and the script edited to adjust the mist.
