You will need a land in order to rezz that structure.

This prefab is made of three mesh objects : the main building, two stairs.
Sky-box purpose.

A mesh link-set of 69 land impacts at 64 x 64 x 18.500 meters, physics enabled.
Drop and place.
Be aware that when you resize a mesh, its land impact might change.

Everything physics but the windows (cannot go through) ; No-fall system stairs ;
Invisible fencing at the edges of the balcony. A squared gap for anything like another
stairs, lift, toboggan...of your own. Top can be used as a build/sky platform.

Copy means you can duplicate it.
Modify means you can change its scale, add scripts, change the textures.
Provided : UV and AO maps, so you can decorate as you wish :
Arch door, Ceilings, Floorings, Garden ground, Garden sky, Garden walls, Outer parts,
Sign, Stairs (ground), Stairs (first floor), Walls.
