Have to upload the mesh yourself, explains why it's so cheap.
Unlike virtually every other fullperm mesh object for building your own things on the market, they just give you a notecard with a link to the DAE which you have to upload yourself, and it's extremely unoptimized (base settings of the DAE would cost L$102 to upload and have a LI of almost 300). I buy fullperm mesh objects in order to customize my own builds, since I don't know how to create them myself, so I don't know how I should alter the settings to make this something actually reasonable to build with. At least I only wasted L$1
