Wooden Fence & Gates Kit

Contains 10 separate components to enable you to build wooden fencing areas, ideal for gardens, farms, or country properties.
Each modular fence piece is a mesh - the larger parts are 1LI each, and the smaller ones are less than 1LI.
There are versions with posts at both ends, and with a post only on one end, so you can join them in long lengths. Also included are an individual post and a rail, in case you need to make up a special shape piece.
If you link fence pieces together then often the overall land impact is reduced, compared to having them not linked.
The gates are 2LI for the personnel gate, and 3LI for the twin gate which is big enough for cars etc.
(note that the gates should not be linked to other things, as it might affect their hinge operation).
At default, the gate opens when someone clicks on it, and auto-closes in 30 seconds.
If the owner clicks the POST at the side of the gate, they get a special menu - only the owner will get this.
The menu allows you to change the auto-close time, and to set security options, for access by anyone, limited to a group, or owner-only access.
Every gate can hold its own security setting, so you can have some public areas, and some restricted.
The example fenced compound in the photo is 8LI in total, including one twin vehicle-width gate.
They are modify and copy so you can edit the sizes if you need to.
The gates should not be re-sized, as this may affect the way they hinge.

Loaded with good LOD settings, so they will keep their shape when you zoom out or view from a longer draw distance.
Simple physics shape to ease the load on the SL servers, and therefore help minimise lag.
Prims/mesh are mod & copy
Scripts are copy only
(gates will show in inventory as no-mod, but will be mod when rezzed)

Super low LI compared to the other 30 fences I own.
Very forgiving in set up! - If your alignment is a bit off, it doesn’t even matter. It looks natural.
If you’re like me and looking for animal pens, paddocks, breedable enclosures, horse fencing... searching a ton of different terms to find something decent... and everything is too primmy, or too ancient and funky-looking. You can stop looking.
I’ve bought all of them, I think. (They’re super beautiful and 6 billion land impact, or they look like chapped baboon ass!)

Beautiful fence! Detailed and all that, it's the only fence I have in my inventory that I can make it work with the ups and downs of the ground, the unions are totally invisible, it even seems I had to put them together with nails LOL... well done!
