Wooden rowboat MESH boat with oars and rope tie fasten to a pier pole.
On the boat pictures you can see waterlilys, which are included in box also.
Boat rope fastening could be removed, or inside you can find prefab already without rope pier fastening.
Boat is 11 meters long, and has just only 4 prims, even with rope fastening. Fits all my mesh items. Looks pretty at lake setup or beach shore.
This boat has no scripts or animations in it, but its fully walkable.
