FANTASTIC HOUSE!!!
This is a BEAUTIFULLY designed house!!! You get 4 different sizes for this price. I am using the large size on my plot that is 2672 and there is plenty of room left. But you have 3 other sizes if the large doesn't work. It sets up very easily. Be sure to have your "RenderVolume" set to 4 since this is mesh (ore at least part mesh). The ceiling in the den has beautiful wood beams and the ceiling is done in the same beautiful wood planks. The walls are a nice off white. The ceiling in the bedroom is white. The floors through out are a lovely wood, medium tone. The windows and window trim are nicely detailed and there are enough windows for you to see outside without feeling closed in. There is light-wood paneling that goes around the den just under the window sill. It is very nice and adds such nice detail to the room and looks really nice with your furniture. The wall that has the fireplace is burgundy - the same color as the front door. I rate this house as a TEN STAR HOUSE!
