Yet another wreck!!
This time it's a boathouse ~ made entirely from sculpted parts with a high attention to detail, it matches and compliments the other wrecks in my store.
I'm sure you'll agree that there's a LOT of detail for the amount of prims, from the boarded-up sides (ok...there ARE some planks missing or loose, but hey, that's the charm of it, right?) to the corrugated sheets of metal that make up the (slightly incomplete) roof.
If you don't have anything to put in it, I've also included an old rowboat (with built-in sit poses) so you can get the complete scene.
The boathouse is 26 prims, and is COPY/TRANS
The rowboat is 6 prims, and is MOD/TRANS

Great item BUT delivers NO COPY
I reached out to this great creator in 2017 & '18 over another NO COPY issue & as of June 2020 have NOT had a response
