[TR] Santa Claus Random present giver Version v1.0

This Santa is Easy to configure, the only thing that can be setup thru notecard are Managers.
if you want to give a friend or employee access to the menu just add their uuid in the notecard.

You can drop multiple items in the inventory, Santa will register every item in to his delivery list and
randomly pick an item from his list to give away.

The person is also randomly picked from the crowd, and if a person received a gift, he will also be put on a list
to prevent Santa from giving one person multiple gifts.
