To see mesh, you need to use a mesh viewer, such as the official Second Life Viewer
If you are using a third-party viewer you have check if it supports mesh.

MESH SIZING

Rigged mesh cannot be adjusted, you cannot resize it or move it.
That is the reason of making several sizes according to the Standard Sizing system.
