FULL PERM POLICY

Anything offered as a full permissions item is not to be sold, or given away, as is. You must include it as part of your buildings, or change the look in a noticeable manner. This includes all mesh, prims, and textures.
GENERAL

You may use my items as a basis for idea of your own items. Use of scripts, hacks, programs to copy and aquire items to sell as your own is not allowed. You must come up with it on your own.
If you are unsure of anything please do not hesitate to ask via notecard. I would love to hear from you.
Instructions

These are FULL MESH , UNSCRIPTED items. This means, no sits or animations. You must create these yourself.
This package includes the mesh object, texture map, shadow map and example texture for each item.
Some of these items have been creating using multiple materials for one object. This means that different textures may be applied to different surfaces on the same prim, even though it is a single mesh.
Every piece in this set has different surfaces, even though it is a single mesh. To work with these, either drag the right texture on to that surface, or use the select face feature in build mode.
Example - There are 4 cabinet meshes. Each shares some materials. There are separate materials for the wood, the counter tops, the doors, the sink, the stove, and the hardware. You can change these all separatley, using the appropriate textures provided.
I have tried to keep easy to recognize names for the textures so you should be able to figure out what part is dragged where. The example textures included really help in figuring out what textures belong on which surface.
All items are low prim and low land impact.
***PLEASE NOTE*** that the current values listed are at the default size and when you re size or link items, these values may change accordingly. To keep them such low prim, the LOD values have been created lower. Please ensure proper LOD settings for maximum viewing.

I appreciate all {XO} products because so many are Full Perm and L$1 and are nice quality.
I felt like the Theron Kitchen had a lot of potential, but it does have some flaws.
It makes absolutely no sense at all to have drawers underneath a kitchen sink, because the sink is basically a tub or basin inside of the cabinet and it would get in the way of any drawers. A kitchen sink cabinet should have doors instead.
It would have been nice if the cabinet had a modular version so we could make the cabinet smaller and/or rearrange the pieces. I had to stick my cabinet inside of the fridge because it was too long for my house, so obviously I won't be able to open my fridge because if I do I am going to see the cabinet inside instead of food.
I wish that the fridge and freezer doors came pre-linked to the fridge for convenience, but I guess maybe the reason they weren't is because people would leave it as is and never know that there is food inside the fridge. I did not like how I could see white above and below the doors after they were attached. I had to resize them to cover the white parts up. It would have been nice to have been provided with a white version of the fridge. It would actually make more sense to make the default color white that can be tinted black or any color we want. All the texture map is full perm, it is too time consuming and pretty much impossible to modify it so that it is a nice looking white instead. The sink texture map could have been better. I ended up removing the Full Bright and Shininess, and tinting it slightly gray, but it still looks meh.
And as some people said, the induction stove top is built into the cabinet. One workaround, if you want to use it by itself, is to select the other faces of the cabinet and make them transparent. Then you will be left with just the stove top. However, the stove top always looks blurry and doesn't look that great, so you are better off just buying a 10L induction stove top texture or prim.
Almost perfect...
This kitchen has potential, if only the parts were unlinkable. I like the freedom of moving things around. Unfortunately, this set wasn't it.

But unfortunately, The photos here show the sink and cook top. Neither are in the box. :( The price is great for everything you get. But what i needed (which was shown in photos) Is not included in this purchase
Sink and Cooktop not included!
Wish I read the reviews first! I was specifically looking to get the separate sink and cooktop :) Everything is great and low LI, just beware if you're looking for those 2!
Really good.
Very good items and only L$1. The photos show an individual cooktop and an individual sink (two things I need). They are not individual pieces, they are part of the long benches. However if this is what you want, this is certainly a bargain.
