You can wear both tops making a nice lace effect over the flowers, or just a flower, or just lace.
It is important to know that to see both tops well, you must first wear the TOP 1 FLOWERED one, THEN THE TOP 2 TRANSPARENT ONE. If you wear the transparency first, you cannot see the flowered one.
