Xannu-chan "P'

The Xannu Chan was once Home too a theater Troop as one can see from the colorful windows, the wood all green & weatherd. she is long since been empty & the staging & costumes & flambouyant art that once adorned the walls is a miss. But the towns people still lovingly care for this abode & reminisce of the joyful memories. may she be a delight to all who grace her hall.
the build..is 138 prims roughly... with all the added planters & goodies she peaks out at 170 prims the layouts roughly 20x23 meters.
the build is hotlinked comes in 4 sections so basic sl building/editing skills are required.

in parting ...if you remove all 4 planters build will come in under 80 prims.
