Do you need a super large cool looking building with a cup-cake theme?
This 1 is a 40 x 40 very cool building that is just 6 prims!
It's a 2-story with lots of room!
It would make an awesome club/mini shopping mall, or really anything you need a larger building for, + you could do all kinds of various cool things with this very interesting building.
Simple + very functional!
