This has 4 Buildings on the main floor, + then the 2nd floor is a deck or more room for small shops/stalls/carts +
then 3rd floor is an observation tower/restaurant type place + then you have the roof to really get a fantastic view.
You can also teleport from floor to floor with ease.
Did someone say only 16 prims!
This build is OUT OF CONTROL!
