Log cabin named after the sim I built it on. One room, fireplace, rustic charm and all prim. Foot print is 20 x20 x 20, so won't fit on most 512 lots even though it is only19 prim. (most 512 lots are 15 x 30) But will leave lots of prim and room on your 1024 to set up just about any landscaping you want.
