Incredible Value and Customer Service
I bought these and then only noticed later the metal studs and buckles had full-bright turned on. I sent the creator a notecard explaining with a pic of what they look like in low-light hoping for maybe a fixed version. Instead, within 24hrs they issued an update fixing the issue for EVERYONE. I am so happy as these boots look so good with so many options for such an amazing value. The customer service means the store is going on my favorites list too.
