it appears to be this exact texture pack. I am also positive their site has this to say " Our images may be used in a lot of ways, including for commercial use work. But our images may not be redistributed or resold as competing products even when the images are modified or if you give them away for free. Examples of competing products are textures, texture packs, material packs, scrapbooking packs, stock photography, clipart and or themes." I am pretty sure you violate this.

I'm currently using this in my builds, and the glass material looks great. For L$10, it's a steal.
Simple and effective
I've tried a few PBR glass materials and this one cost the least and is the most effective for my needs.
