YM SHOP_Jazz Boots

First off, I would like to say that I have liked the things that I have gotten from this store ever since I discovered it. I used to get treated very well whenever I had a problem. However, I recently had a problem with the Jazz Boots, Kate Heels and the Sharelle heels where the huds were not working for me. I requested replacement huds and they still didn't work. Yelda replaced them again, and only the Sharelle hud worked this time. I kept trying to get her to understand me and to try to get my lindens back for at least the two pairs that weren't working for me, but she very rudely stated that she doesn't do refunds. It got to the point that she booted me out of the group, banned me from the store and reported me to LL claiming that I insulted her and was harassing her. I was only asking for a return of what I paid for shoes that weren't working for me. It was unnecessary for her to ban me or report me when I didn't insult her. The problem all comes down to the fact that she doesn't speak English very clearly or understand it well, and I wasn't able to make it clear to her what I was trying to get across to her.

All in all, the experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I will no longer spend my lindens in her online shop. I wouldn't recommend shopping with her, because if you have a problem with your purchase, you will be treated poorly since she won't understand your problem no matter how many times you repeat yourself. You'll get accused of trying to cheat her and you'll get banned and reported just like me.
