So they're not all one prim each. The corner shop is 5li. Also, I bought this EXACT same set from Jukyo: https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Jukyo-Tokyo-Street-Dwelling-No1/22698935. Yours is better because it is less Li and cheaper. idk who stole from who though, so I'm giving you both 3 stars until I find out.

Once more, a remarkably optimized mesh with solid LOD's that don't impact performance, functional physics and it won't break the bank. Great for filler buildings!
