Simple ghetto like apartment, comes in 3 styles. Max 11LI/Prim each
The house is a studio apartment and has no other rooms.

Style 1 has some loose timber on top
Style 2 has no timber
Style 3 is cleaner has no junk awing

Comes with 4 colors, drag and drop the texture onto the building to color it

The texture resolution is not high but they are 11 LI each, making very great rental building or even as a scene filler.

The material is poor and the physical collisions are chaotic. Even as a decorative building, the texture is not good

scenic prop, not for living in?

I thought it was possible to use this for a house, but the staircase on the side-entrance does not allow avatars to walk up. THe physics are not suited for that. Its best used with a teleporter to get in and out.
