Throw it on the ground and click on rez to release it, you move it to the desired place and click FINISH. After this process it becomes modifiable.

Im in love with this house
It was a bit too big for the lot I wanted to put it on but I still had to have it if I ever move. The lay out if so unique with its multi-levels and the large windows let in a lot of natural light. This is one of the few houses that I didn't want to change anything. Thank you!
