These team flags are from end of Edo term.
Very famous team call "Shinsengumi" which they used to look after Kyoto city(kind of police or security) and fight with anti government people.
The logo on it and used to bring these flag for fighting in Japan.
The logo letter said "Makoto(shin)" that meaning sincerity/faith.
If you carry on your back of avatar, the flag will wave by wind:)
