Yasyn - Taisho Era Lamp - Fatpack
As the name suggests, this lamp is based on a Japanese andon lamp from the Taisho era around the 1920s. It was a time where western influence continued to present itself in Japanese architecture and design. The ornamental swirls on the lamp are reminiscent of the Art Deco style that was prevalent at the time.
This lamp series comes in 3 colors: Bronze, Black, and White.
I used glass instead of paper in this lamp's design. The textured glass feels rustic and mimics the look of water waves. When viewed from various angles, each bump and facet sparkles like water. It gives off the feeling of coolness which is appropriate for the summer.
There are 5 glass colors to choose from:
- Aqua
- Blue
- Purple
- Magneta
- Plain (white)
They are inspired by the rainy season and colors of hydrangea.
Click on the lamp and it will give you a texture change menu.
When you change the texture, the color of the light will also change!
I hope you enjoy my item.
