Yasyn - Tea House Collection

This is quite an old build from 2013 so I am offering it as a bundle with the other accessories that would likely go together in setting up a tea house area at a much lower price than before.

Items included:
-Chashitsu Yojohan (19 Li and the snow add-on is 3 Li)
-chumon & bamboo fence (2 Li for the gate. 1 Li for fence segment)
- roji andon light & dark (1 Li each)
-Koshikake machiai (4 Li by itself. 8 Li with 4 unlinked Enza on the bench. Snow Add-on is 1 Li)
-Enza (1 Li each)

I changed the scripts in the enza to use AvSitter now.

Total Li will vary based on what you want to place and how large/small you resize something. The items are fairly self explanatory except for the tea house so I will include the description of at least that down below.

Description for the Chashitsu:

Chashitsu is a tea room. Yojohan means it is 4 and 1/2 tatami mat size. The tatami mats are in normal hongatte arrangment.

The structure stands at 19 Land Impact.
Also comes with a snow add-on for winter (additional 3 Li).
Modify/Copy. The scripts inside are NO MODIFY.

All doors and windows have a smooth sliding motion. There is sound during open and close. The faucet in the mizuya room can turn on and off and has sound. Access options and sound on/off options are included for doors, windows, and faucet. It can be changed to Owner/Group/Everyone.

There is a built in hearth that can be opened with a menu. The frame and ashes can be filled through the menu. The hearth has its own separate access options. It can be changed to Owner/Group/Everyone.

There is a small hook directly above the center of the hearth for when the kettle is hung as the months grow warmer..

The nijiriguchi door has animations for entering and exiting.

Extensive research has gone into this tea house to make it as accurate as possible. I apologize for any unintentional inaccuracies. Please enjoy tea.
