Yellow Cabin

The cabin has one large open space, one bedroom, one bathroom and an entrance area. Terrace on two sides. One small pergola at the front door and a larger one above the terrace. Though both pergolas are rezzed with the house, they are not linked to it, so you can remove them very easily if you want/need to lower your land impact.

Copy / modify / no transfer (scripts are no modify; that's why the house may show as no modify in your inventory even though it can be modified)

The house comes with a rezzer to simplify the building process. Once you're happy with the house position, click on the rezzer, then on the Finish button in the dialog. This will kill the scripts associated with the rezzer and remove the "tracking" hover text.
