The Larsson Color Mood Yoga Mat provides you with 24 authentic looped yoga animations. These loops vary from 17 to 47 seconds of graceful motion. These are all authentic yoga moves selected provide an atmosphere of simplicity and purity so as to promote your reflection, mediation, realization, and creativity of thought.

The poses are each accurately named and show on the menu in orderly way giving you a progression from initial poses to more elaborate poises and concluding with a meditation pose for reflection at end of your session. In this way you use the menu easily to select any poses in any sequence most useful to your mood at any time.

When you first stand on mat you will see blue AVsitter menu allowing you to select any pose. You can also use this menu to adjust pose position on mat if needed. You can also adjust size of mat if needed by keying "rescale" in /12 chat for on-screen rescale menu. Do not sit on mat when you are rescaling it, your presence on mat will interfere with scale change process.

Yoga pad is high quality mesh featuring white decorative border stripe. Texture is an authentic yoga mat PBR texture. You choose among 12 of most popular colorizations by keying color name in /10 chat. Colors will be same for both PBR and legacy PH viewers. Color names are: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, pink, foam, maroon, brown, white, and black. Now you can easily select a mat color to go with your decor or mood or energy level.

The 24 poses are:

1. "Relax" a relaxed Shavasana - an Informal version sitting meditation used for reflective conversation as group members begin or end yoga sessions. It is a useful starting position for a group session as group members may wish to quietly share their thoughts and their plans and goals for the session.

2. "Mountain" or Tadasana - A standing yoga pose often used to start sessions because it challenges you to compose your breathing and become mindful of your entire body and posture.

3. "Kneel" or Virasana - Moving to your knees in this position encourages you to continue composing your thoughts and breathing as you move onto the mat.

4. "Seated Twist" or Parivrtta Sukhasana - An easy early session pose to relax upper body.

5. "Easy Fish" or Saral Matsyasana - Focus on abdominal muscles to promote digestion.

6. "Butterfly" or Supta Baddha Konasana - Preparatory pose stimulating heart and circulation and mental outlook.

7. "Plow" or Halasana - Stretches back and shoulders and legs to enhance flexibility and mobility.

8. "Half Tortoise" or Ardha Kurmasana - Restores mind and body from trauma and anxiety.

9. "Rabbit" or Sasangasana - Calms the mind while relieving tension in neck and back.

10. "Cobra" or Bhujangasana - Promotes strength and agility of back muscles, toning the body and promoting digestion.

11. "Snake" or Sarpasana - Strengthens back muscles and stimulates internal organs.

12 "Bow" or Dhanurasana - Stretches foot and hand muscles while toning legs and arms while easing stress and fatigue.

13. "Downward Dog" or Adhomukh Svanasana - Strengthens upper body and bones.

14. "Splits" or Samakonasana - Strengthens and promotes flexibility and circulation in hips, thighs, angles and abdomen.

15. "Cat" or Marjari Asana - Strengthens and promotes flexibility in back, shoulders, wrists, and abdomen.

16. "Peacock" or Mayur Asana - Strengthens forearms, elbows, back, thighs, and core muscles generally.

17. "Camel" or Ustrasana - Restores neck and back from repetitive stress of sitting in front of computer.

18. "Lizard" or Pristhasana - Strengthens hip and leg muscles promoting full range of motion.

19. "Seal" or Dwikonasana - Boosts energy in body promoting strength in many areas including arms, shoulders, neck, back, and legs.

20. "Salute" or Surya Namaskar - Strengthens many muscles, promotes wide range of flexibility and functioning of internal organs.

21. "Chair" or Utkatasana - Supports strength and flexibility throughout body.

22. "Triangle" or Trikonasana - Stretches and lengthens spine, encouraging stability and flexibility, and reduces stress.

23. "Balance" or Natrajasana - Strengthens legs, tones back and chest muscles, promotes flexibility and grace.

24. "Meditation" or Shavasana - Sitting pose of relaxation and meditation encourages physical and mental restoration and moments of personal realization. It is a fitting pose to end a yoga session with extended moments of reflection and realization leading to your future.

Please note that this yoga mat features my original scripting for PBR and BP colorization and for rescaling and any user modifications are likely to interfere with the scripts. The mat is sold as copy only.
