A large master bedroom at upper floor and a second empty room, fully to your own usage, perhaps as children bedroom, office or for the more darker side.

You like the silent splashing and burbling in the quiet nights of a nearby little river? Then this must be your house to live in.

You like the quietness sitting on a chair at a fish pond, clear your mind or do some daydreaming? But be careful not to loose your next catch. Or like the fight with a trout? You can have this at the fast flowing little river by the house.

Relax on the very large balcony with your beloved, admire the sunset over the Yuliman and Vuissant beach or watch the birds and seagulls outside.

The house is situated in a higher place, but only a few steps to a public pool area and public beaches.

As all our houses, it comes with a high level security system, which our tenants can control by themselves. Ask us, when it is new for You, and we show You, how easy the usage is.

Regular price is 500 L$ per week and includes 350 prims for your own usage.
For a small fee You can rent up additional 100 prims.
Ask for special rates. First discounts we offer are for four week continuous renting. Always ask for them!

March 2016:
Balcony is now sized the full length of the house.
New sunsail like protection available at the balcony so you can admire in the shadow the view over the bays and as always under your control to use it or not.

August 2019:
Now with renewed eating area and a kitchen.
Sunchairs at the balcony to rest and have a nice view over the bay.
